CM3 members took part in the first ONW event, on Jan 22/23, 2021 - a 2-day workshop featuring lectures, posters, discussion and student forums. The event attracted more than 280 registered participants from all over the world.

ONE NONLOCAL WORLD (ONW) is an online platform aimed to promote research and interests in nonlocal modeling, analysis and computation and to help the community stay nonlocally connected.

Du made opening remarks on behalf of the organizers (see the video collections on the ONW youtube channel). Hwi Lee and Kuang Huang presented posters at the event. Xiaochuan Tian, a CM3 alumina and a faculty at UCSD now, is also on the organizing team. Other CM3 members/alumni participated the workshop as well.
